PAYMENT

Wedding Fee of $200 and $100 Damage Deposit is required to hold the booking. Basic Fee cheque is to be dated at the time of booking. Damage Deposit may be post dated for the week of the wedding and will not be cashed unless damage occurs.

Agreement

I, the undersigned, understand the information contained in this document to be correct and complete. I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the conditions set out in the document "Weddings in the Park". I will be responsible for notifying Gwynne Vaughan Park of any change in plans.
